This is a freeware program the only reason I'm posting it here is because many may not know of its existence.
It is a great context menu item if you are having problems accessing a locked file in windows 7.
Just right click and take ownership of file and open.
I love this, its great for helping to remove some malware/adware that restricts access to its folders
